Support clients across home, clinic, school, and community settings as assigned.
Use proactive strategies and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) to prevent and respond to challenging behavior safely and ethically.
Maintain professional boundaries while building a strong therapeutic rapport.
Data Collection & Documentation
Collect accurate trial-by-trial or continuous data on skill acquisition and target behaviors.
Complete timely session notes and submit documentation within required timeframes using the agency’s EHR.

Safeguard confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and organizational policy.
Collaboration with Families & Teams
Partner with caregivers to promote consistency between therapy and home routines.
Model ABA strategies for caregivers as directed by the BCBA and reinforce home programming steps.
Communicate clearly, compassionately, and professionally with families, school teams, and other providers.
Respect and elevate diverse cultures, values, and preferences.

Attend weekly supervision with your BCBA; accept real-time coaching and feedback during sessions.

What Makes You Right for KMAC
We're looking for an RBT who believes in treating the whole child, not just targeting behaviors, and who sees families as true partners in the treatment process. You're someone who gets excited about building something meaningful from the ground up and values both clinical excellence and genuine human connection in equal measure. Your commitment to making quality autism care accessible to all families drives your work, and you bring creativity, flexibility, and innovation to your practice every day. Most importantly, you thrive in collaborative environments where mentoring others isn't just part of the job—it's part of what energizes you and makes your work fulfilling. You see the able, not the label.
